Smoked Salmon Nori Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 square of toasted nori sheets
  • 1/4 cup smoked wild salmon
  • 1 tbsp. of tahini
  • 1∕2 carrot
  • 1∕4 cucumber
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • Pinch of broccoli sprouts
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 lime

Directions:

  1. Lay out nori sheet on flat surface.
  2. Mix tahini with fresh squeezed lime (optional if you like spicy).
  3. Spread tahini slightly below center of nori sheet, being careful not to bring too close to the edges.
  4. Slice carrot and cucumber in long thin strips, and then cut in half.
  5. Place carrots, cucumbers, broccoli sprouts, cilantro on top of tahini.
  6. Carefully roll up the nori, but not too tight to avoid breakage.
  7. Cut according to desired length.

Variations: use any fresh vegetables and herbs you like.
